The Cantina Sociale di Dorgali has joined the Innovinando project. Along with three other Sardinian wineries (Cantina Sociale di Oliena, Bingiateris, Piero Mancini), the Cantina Sociale di Dorgali is participating in an ambitious development project that involves various activities.
- In the vineyard, they are experimenting with new solutions for cultivating traditional grape varieties, aiming to produce innovative wines.
- In marketing, they are developing digital marketing strategies to enter the German market.
