Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosè

Filieri Rosè Exclusive is a Cannonau DOC, aged in concrete tanks, and then for an additional 1 month in the bottle. It pairs well with charcuterie-based appetizers, pasta dishes with moderately flavorful sauces, seafood broths, and soups, as well as not overly fatty oily fish when baked or pan-seared. Serve at 10-12 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at the time of serving
