Vermentino di Sardegna DOC

Filine, the award-winning Vermentino DOC from the ‘Gioielli Dorgalesi’ line of products. Aged in concrete tanks and then for an additional month in the bottle. Ideal with aperitifs, raw seafood, pasta dishes even with slightly flavorful sauces, grilled white meats, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at the time of serving.

Light straw yellow with a greenish tinge; brilliant.
Ample, persistent and fragrant aroma, with a delicate scent of almond flowers and light notes of roasted fruit.
