Hortos, the flagship wine of Cantina Dorgali, is born from a deep love for the land, skillful vineyard work, and cellar expertise. Aged in medium-toasted French oak barrels for 14 months, and further refined in the bottle for 6 months. Ideal with richly sauced pasta dishes, grilled and roasted meats, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at least 30 minutes before pouring

Intense ruby red, with a violet nuance; very clear. -
Intense, fresh and fragrant; bearing pleasant notes of ripe red fruit, jam and spices. -
Dry and of great structure; the tannicity is well-balanced and in perfect harmony with the fresh acidity. The taste is fruity with notes of jam, and with light vegetal nuances. The finish is persistent and clean.
