Wine with a bold character, Noriolo is as generous as its people and as austere as its land. Aged for 6 months in second-passage barriques, followed by 8 months in concrete tanks. Further refinement in the bottle for 6 months. Ideal with flavorful pasta dishes, legume soups, braised and grilled meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring.

Ample and intense with a medium long persistence; with notes of ripe blackberry, spices and raspberry hints. -
Dry, warm and supple; full-bodied with polished tannins that impart refined taste and elegance. A long and pleasant persistence.
