Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva
Cannonau DOC Riserva, aged in oak barrels for 12 months and bottle-aged for 6. Excellent with hearty dishes from traditional cuisine, especially grilled and braised meats, even rich ones (such as roast suckling pig and lamb), and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at least half an hour before pouring

Intense ruby red colour with purplish nuances; very limpid. -
Intense and ample with scents of dark berries, vegetal and spices. -
Full-bodied and complex. Excellent structure and concentration, supple and with the right tannic element. The finish is persistent and clean.
