A fine and delicate sparkling wine; pink and elegant as a rose. Aged for two months on lees in the autoclave and five months in the bottle. A sparkling wine suitable for an aperitif and for the entire meal, excluding desserts. It is recommended to pair it with raw fish, creative dishes based on both raw and cooked seafood. Serve at 8 degrees Celsius.”
