Cala Luna. A historic white wine from Cantina Dorgali, representing the continuity with the ancient traditions of our winemakers. Aged in concrete tanks, and then for an additional 1 month in the bottle. Pair it with aperitifs, raw and fried seafood, brothy and dry soups with delicate seasonings, grilled white meats, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at the time of serving.”
