Vermentino di Sardegna Doc

Vermentino with a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. Aged in cement tanks for one month, and then one more month in the bottle. Ideal to pair with appetizers, raw seafood, and pasta dishes with slightly flavorful sauces, grilled white meats, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10 degrees Celsius, and uncork the bottle at the time of serving.
