An effervescent, fresh, and lively sparkling wine inspired by the Sardinian sky. Aged for 2 months on lees in the autoclave and 5 months in the bottle. A sparkling wine suitable for aperitifs and complete meals, except for desserts. It is recommended to pair it with raw fish, seafood appetizers, seafood or land-based pasta dishes, white meats, and moderately aged cheeses. Serve at 8 degrees Celsius
