Precious grapes from the hills of our territory give life to this wine, preserving its fragrance intact. Pair it with charcuterie-based appetizers, pasta dishes with moderately flavorful sauces, seafood broths, and soups, oily fish when baked or pan-seared, and braised chicken and rabbit. Serve at 16 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle at the time of serving.
