Isola dei Nuraghi. Bardia is a young, fresh, and fruity wine that does not contain added sulfites. It has the scent of the harvest, a memory of the countryside… Sardinia in a bottle.
Serve at 14-15 degrees Celsius, opening the bottle at the time of serving. Perfect as an aperitif. It also pairs well with charcuterie appetizers, soft and medium-aged cheeses. It shines with fish-based dishes such as soups, grilled shellfish, seared tuna, and swordfish in sauce.
