Kene Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, without added sulfites, highlights Cantina Dorgali’s commitment to the quality of its wines and the promotion of the Dorgali territory and winemaking tradition. The Kene without added sulfites is the result of meticulous work on grape quality and winemaking processes. No sulfites are used in production, and vineyard treatments are minimal. The sulfites in Kene develop naturally during the fermentation process and do not exceed 10mg/l.

Ruby- red colour with violet reflections.
Intense and ample bouquet. The nose delivers nuances of ripe red fruits and a spicy undertone with notes of Vanilla.
In tasting, the wine is full, generous yet well balanced, fresh with supple tannins.
