Another one of Cantina Dorgali’s historic productions. A Cannonau from Sardinia that eloquently tells the story of our territory, our history, and our culture. Aged in second-passage oak barrels for 3 months and concrete tanks. Further refinement in the bottle for 3 months. Best enjoyed with robust game and wild game-based dishes, aged and flavorful cheeses. Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, and open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring
